What is Stepwise Fitness?

Stepwise Fitness is a personal training service that matches you with your own dedicated coach to help you reach your goals — whether that’s losing weight, getting stronger, feeling more energetic, or staying active long-term. Your training and nutrition plan is fully personalised, and your coach supports you every step of the way.

What’s in the Stepwise app?

When you sign up for a personal training plan, you’ll get access to the Stepwise app — where you can view your custom training plan, see video demos of exercises, track progress, message your trainer, and stay on top of your goals, all in one convenient place.

Do I need to be fit to start?

Not at all. Many of our clients are starting from scratch or returning to fitness after a long time away. Your coach will meet you where you are, and build a plan that’s realistic, achievable, and encouraging.

Do I have to go to a gym?

No. You can train entirely at home, outdoors, or in a gym if you prefer. Your coach will design your plan around what you have access to. We also offer in-person sessions either at your home (London Zones 1–3 and Guildford) or in our private gym in Angel.

What if I have past injuries or health conditions?

Your trainer will take these into account when building your plan and modify exercises or pacing to suit your needs. The goal is always long-term progress, not short-term intensity.

Live sessions can be done via video call or in person, depending on your location and preference. Your coach will guide you through your workout, answer questions, correct form, and keep you moving forward — all based on your personalised plan.

Yes. Your trainer will support you with simple, sustainable nutrition guidance based on your goals, preferences, and lifestyle. No rigid diets — just realistic habits that make a difference over time.

Can I switch between online and in-person training?

Yes, absolutely. You can train online, in person, or mix the two depending on what’s most convenient. Your coach will help you stay consistent, wherever you are.
